ACH standards increase in America can drive similar recommendations in Europe. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention new goal is at least five air changes per hour, even more for schools and some public buildings. It can also drive a need for more efficient ventilation system or it can be a danger in case of changing the trends in favor of cooling surfaces, not air technologies.
