To control emissions from fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases), including hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), the European Union has adopted legislative acts: the F-gas Regulation. We see many R32 and R290 heat pumps. R744 is becoming also popular and probably will grow with time also in domestic applications.
